📦 Pledge Manager: Simplified Shipping
Shipping logistics can be one of the trickiest parts of post-campaign fulfillment, and we heard your feedback loud and clear: While BackerKit’s Pledge Manager shipping tools were powerful, they weren’t always easy to navigate. We’ve revamped our shipping setup to be more intuitive by offering two pathways:
- Whole Order Shipping – Charge backers for the total weight of their entire order, including pledge levels, campaign add-ons, and pledge manager add-ons — all in one streamlined table. This is the simplest and most popular option which covers the majority of creators’ shipping setup needs.
- Stackable Shipping – Set different shipping rates or structures for pledge levels and add-ons, giving you greater flexibility. This is the more advanced option and recommended for specific cases.
With this update, you’ll only see the setup options relevant to your campaign, saving time and reducing complexity.

Collab-Funding continues to grow: Pintopia 2025 was a massive success with nearly $2M in funds raised by 176 enamel pin and plushie creators. At a 100% funding success rate and 2x growth in funds raised from last year, Pintopia 2025 was our biggest Topia yet and proof that Collab-Funding is is continuing to reshape crowdfunding.
To further this momentum, we’ve launched new Group-Collab admin features to help creators run their own blockbuster events, like Mothership Month by Tuesday Night Games and Purple Planet by Goodman Games.
Here’s what’s new:
